​How Do I Place An Order?​

Choose your Schtyk T shirt(s) ,click on buy and fill in your details and proceed to checkout.

We accept card payments with MasterCard and VISA or payment via PayPa.Shipping is added at the checkout.



 

Are my credit card details secure on your site? 

 

Yes! We use industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encription when transmitting your details for verification to our payment processor Paypal. None of your payment details are ever stored on our servers.

Returns & Refunds

We want to ensure you're happy and you receive nothing but quality T shirt products from Schtyk. We cannot refund items damaged during the shipping process. In this event, you must file a claim with the carrier.

We offer a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or an exchange on damaged or blemished items. If there is something wrong with your order - wrong size, wrong shirt, or if your goods are in any way damaged, defective or blemished when you receive them, please do not hesitate to contact us about replacement or refund within 14 days of your delivery. Email us at schtyk1@gmail.com, include pictures if possible, and we'll do our best to make the returns process easy.

   (in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in).

Did my order go through?

An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail, and add schtyk1@gmail.com to your contact book for future purchases. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact us and we’ll sort it out!

What are the care instructions for your products?

For all garments, regardless of brand, style, or printing method, schtyk advises you to follow these instructions for washing and drying:

• Wash at 30 degrees Celcius, inside out

• Do not tumble dry

• Do not iron over print
